With this frame contract THORANET is granting the Zweckverband Kommunale Datenverarbeitung Region Stuttgart ( KDRS) the right of individual conditions for the provision of Evidian Single Sign-on licences, support and subscription (update) as well as the provision of services for all contract partners who participate in this frame contract.

Customers are districts, cities, communities and associations as well as public services and technical facilities in the administration area.
